AccChordist: Guitar Chords

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the AccChords mobile application ("the app"), developed by Ihnatov Danyil ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to these Terms.
1. License We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for your personal, non-commercial use on Apple-supported devices that you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
2. Subscriptions and Payment Certain features of the app ("Premium" features) require a paid subscription. Available subscription plans, their duration, and their price are displayed within the app before purchase. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew for the same duration and at the then-current price unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time by going to Settings > your name > Subscriptions on your device. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not refund the current, already-paid period.If a free trial is offered, its exact length and terms will be clearly shown in the app before you start it. Unused portions of a free trial (if any) will be forfeited if you purchase a subscription during the trial period.
3. Restrictions You agree not to: reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app; copy or redistribute the app outside of what App Store rules allow; use the app for any unlawful purpose.
4. Third-Party Services The app uses RevenueCat to process subscriptions and PostHog to collect anonymous usage analytics. Your use of the app is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
5. Termination We may suspend or terminate your access to the app if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the app and cancel your subscription at any time as described above.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties The app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
7. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
8. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to conflict of law principles.
9. Apple's Role This is an agreement between you and Ihnatov Danyil only, not with Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app. In the event of any failure of the app to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app or your possession/use of it, including product liability claims, legal compliance claims, or claims under consumer protection laws. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and, upon your acceptance, will have the right to enforce these Terms against you.
